Professional Disclaimer (For Engineering & GIS Apps) For Apps involving engineering calculations, energy feasibility studies (such as solar or biogas), or mapping data, the results provided are for estimation and informational purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying all technical data with certified professionals before making any financial or physical investments.
4. Entertainment Disclaimer (For Fun/Social Apps) For Apps designed for entertainment or decision-making (e.g., “Ne Yapsak?”), the results and content are generated randomly or for humor purposes. They should not be taken seriously or used for critical life decisions.
5. Intellectual Property All software code, designs, algorithms, logos, and original content within the App are the exclusive property of SD Enerji. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SD Enerji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial losses or data inaccuracies.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
