This Privacy Policy describes how OmniVibe 8D Audio (“the App”) handles information when you use our mobile and desktop applications.
Summary
- Audio conversion and playback run on your device.
- We do not upload your music files to OmniVibe Sound servers.
- On mobile, advertising partners (Google AdMob) and consent frameworks may process device/advertising identifiers as described below.
- On desktop, optional Pro unlocks are processed by Apple or Microsoft store billing — not by OmniVibe Sound servers.
Information we process
Audio files you select
When you pick or drop an audio file, the App reads it locally to convert and play it. Temporary working files may be written to app sandbox storage and are not transmitted to OmniVibe Sound.
Purchase and entitlement data (desktop)
If you buy OmniVibe Pro, purchase validation is handled by the platform store (App Store / Microsoft Store). The App stores a local entitlement flag on the device so Pro features remain unlocked after restore.
Advertising and consent (iOS / Android)
On mobile builds, the App may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Where required by law, we present a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform). Depending on your choices and region, AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and interaction data for ads measurement and personalization.

Diagnostics
The App does not currently include a third-party crash analytics SDK. Platform stores may collect crash or performance telemetry according to their own terms.
Permissions
Depending on platform, the App may request:
- Access to audio / media files you choose for conversion
- Network access (ads on mobile; store purchase APIs on desktop)
- Background audio playback (mobile)
- App Tracking Transparency on iOS when personalized ads are requested
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Do not use the App if you are under the applicable age.
Data retention
Local audio working files remain on your device until you delete the App or clear app storage. OmniVibe Sound does not operate a cloud library for your tracks.
Your choices
- Deny optional tracking / personalized ads where the OS or consent form allows.
- Avoid selecting files you do not want processed locally.
