1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how SD Enerji (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Zen Line: Color Fill Puzzle (“Zen Line,” “the App”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Stored on Your Device
Zen Line does not require an account. The following data is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage:
- Game progress: campaign level, game mode, endless challenge number, and total puzzles solved
- Daily challenge data: daily completion status, streak count, streak freeze count, and related progress
- Preferences: sound effects, ambient music, and tutorial completion status
- Notification settings: whether daily reminders are enabled and your preferred reminder time
- Leaderboard identifiers: a randomly generated player ID, your weekly puzzle score, and an optional display name you choose
This data stays on your device unless you choose to participate in the weekly leaderboard (see Section 2.2).
2.2 Information Sent to Our Servers
If you use the weekly leaderboard feature, we send the following to our server at zenline.sdenerji.com:

We do not collect your email address, phone number, real name, or precise location for the leaderboard.
Leaderboard data is used only to operate the weekly ranking feature and is not sold.
2.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
Zen Line displays ads through Google AdMob. When ads are enabled, Google may collect and process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
- Device type, operating system, and general location (country/region level)
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks)
- IP address (processed by Google for ad delivery and fraud prevention)
On iOS, we request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before personalized advertising-related tracking may occur. You can change this permission at any time in your device settings.

2.4 App Update Checks
To determine whether a newer version of the App is available (for optional force-update prompts), the App may query public app store listings (Apple App Store or Google Play). These requests do not include personal information about you.
2.5 Local Notifications
If you enable Daily Reminders, the App schedules a local notification on your device (for example, at 6:00 PM) to remind you to play the daily puzzle. These notifications are processed on your device. We do not use a remote push notification server for this feature.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and maintain game features (progress, daily challenges, endless mode)
- Operate the optional weekly leaderboard
- Display advertisements through Google AdMob
- Send optional local daily reminders
- Check for app updates and improve stability
- Prevent abuse of leaderboard display names
We do not use your data to build marketing profiles outside of what ad partners may do under their own policies.
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following bases:

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Data Retention
- On-device data remains until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
- Leaderboard data is retained on our servers for the duration of the weekly competition and reasonable operational periods thereafter.
- Ad-related data is retained according to Google AdMob’s policies.
7. Children’s Privacy
Zen Line is a casual puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [privacy@sdenerji.com] and we will take steps to delete it.
The App may display third-party ads; ad content is controlled by Google AdMob.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate leaderboard display names (via the in-app edit feature)
- Delete on-device data by uninstalling the App or clearing app storage
- Request deletion of leaderboard data by contacting us with your player ID (shown in the app leaderboard screen)
- Opt out of tracking via device settings (iOS ATT, Android ad settings)
- Disable notifications in the App settings or device settings
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what categories of information are collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Ad partners may process data for cross-context behavioral advertising — use device ad settings to limit this.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR): You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. International Transfers
Our leaderboard server may be located outside your country. AdMob and app store providers may process data globally. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) offered by our service providers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect leaderboard data in transit (HTTPS) and stored on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may open links to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for updates. Those platforms have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes may be communicated through the App or store listing where appropriate.
